Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the Style Cycle mobile application and related services. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Membership & Access

Style Cycle operates by invitation. We may approve, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
• Attempt to access another member’s wardrobe or data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems without authorization.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.

Your Content

You retain ownership of wardrobe photos and data you submit. You grant Style Cycle a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. Your archive is not shared with other members.

Subscriptions & Advertising

Certain features, including ad-free usage, may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented in the app at the time of purchase. Free-tier users may see in-app advertising as described in the product.

Service Availability

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product evolves. We may perform maintenance with or without notice.

Disclaimers

Style Cycle is a wardrobe-tracking utility. We do not provide legal, stylistic, or professional appearance advice. Outfit suggestions and history tools are aids only — you remain responsible for your choices in public settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Style Cycle and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars if no fees were paid.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your right to access the app ceases, subject to applicable data-retention policies in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may modify these Terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
