Wardrobe Sync
Missing items, photo upload failures, or outdated archive views. Check network connectivity and retry after force-closing the app
App Issues
Crashes, layout problems, or unexpected behavior. Send steps to reproduce and your OS version.
Subscriptions & Ads
Billing questions, Remove Ads upgrades, or receipt requests. Reference your app store purchase ID when available.
Feature Requests
Use the in-app Suggestion Box for product ideas. Support can escalate urgent feedback to the product team.
Membership and access requests are handled by our concierge — not the support desk.
