Style Cycle (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a private wardrobe archive and appearance-tracking service through our mobile application and marketing website. We treat your wardrobe, events, and outfit history as confidential member data.

Information We Collect

When you use the Style Cycle mobile app, we may collect:

• Account information — name, email address, and authentication credentials.
• Wardrobe data — designer, category, acquisition dates, descriptions, and photos you upload.
• Event & outfit data — event names, dates, assigned garments, trial logs, and usage history.
• Device & technical data — app version, device type, and diagnostic logs needed to resolve support issues.

Our marketing website (Home, About, Contact, and legal pages) does not require login and does not collect wardrobe data.

Wardrobe Photos & Your Content

Photos and metadata you add to your archive belong to your account. We do not sell wardrobe images, share them across members, or use them for public marketing without your explicit consent.

How We Use Data

We use collected information to:

• Operate and secure your private archive.
• Prevent unintentional outfit repetition and power search, events, and trial features.
• Respond to concierge and support requests.
• Improve app performance and reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Data Storage & Security

Member data is stored on secured infrastructure with access restricted to authorized personnel. While no system is perfectly secure, we apply industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) and authenticated API access for the mobile application.

Third-Party Services

We may use trusted infrastructure and analytics providers to host the service, deliver email, or process subscriptions. Those providers may process data only as needed to perform services on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Your Rights

Children

Style Cycle is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
